These terms are here to keep the custom order process clear, fair, and protected for both the customer and Stone & Pine Nails.
Custom handmade products
Stone & Pine Nails creates handmade custom press-on nail sets. Minor variations in colour, design placement, sizing, finish, charms, and details may occur. Reference photos are used for inspiration and design direction only. Stone & Pine may adjust a design so it works best for the selected nail shape, length, and available products.
Quotes and starting prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final custom set pricing is determined after review and may change based on design complexity, time required, products used, 3D work, charms, crystals, specialty finishes, shipping selection, and any approved discount.
Custom requests and payment
Custom order requests do not require payment to submit. After review, customers receive a personalized quote and payment instructions. Payment is required before a custom order enters the production queue. Payment links are valid for 24 hours. Unpaid quotes may expire and the production spot may be released.
Payment methods
Customers may pay by secure card payment link or e-transfer. Card payments are charged at the quoted/listed total. E-transfer orders receive a $5 discount from the final quoted total. Customers paying by e-transfer must include their order number in the payment notes so the payment can be matched correctly.
Queue and production
Submitting a request does not guarantee a booked production spot. Custom orders are only added to the active production queue once payment has been received and confirmed. Estimated turnaround times begin after payment unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an unpaid request before payment is made. If payment is not received within the 24-hour payment window, the quote may expire. Once payment has been received and the order has moved into production, cancellations and refunds are not available unless Stone & Pine approves an exception.
Final sale policy
Because custom press-on nail sets are handmade and created for the specific customer, all sales are final once payment has been received and work has started. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect sizing, application issues, wear-and-tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Sizing responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes. Photo sizing help is an estimate only. Sizing kits are recommended for the most accurate fit. Stone & Pine is not responsible for sizing errors based on customer-provided measurements or estimates.
Shipping
Shipping costs are added to the final quote or checkout total. Current shipping options are standard untracked shipping, tracked shipping, and local pickup where available. Sizing kits ordered on their own are sent by standard stamped mail. Stone & Pine is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged untracked mail. Customers who require delivery confirmation should select tracked shipping.
Discounts
Discounts must be entered or approved before payment is made. Discounts cannot usually be applied retroactively after a payment has already been sent. E-transfer savings are applied to the final quoted order total when e-transfer is selected.
Use and safety
Customers are responsible for safe application, wear, and removal of press-on nails, glue, adhesive tabs, and related products. Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, allergic reaction, redness, swelling, or damage occurs. Stone & Pine is not liable for injury, allergic reaction, nail damage, or misuse.
Intellectual property
Stone & Pine Nails branding, website copy, product names, product photos, original designs, graphics, and content belong to Stone & Pine Nails unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Policy updates
Stone & Pine may update policies, pricing, shipping options, timelines, and terms at any time. The terms available on the website at the time of order apply to that order.
